1.Bearing and pedestal
In order to prevent corrosion, all bearings and pedestals adopt a double V-ring seal, Apply nodular cast iron to produce the pedestals. The machine adopts double row centering roller bearing to realize large load-bearing capacity and long service life.
2. Filtrate collecting device
In order to prevent leakage and splashing of flushing water and filtrate, all flushing water and filtrate are collected through the drip tray, and they can be discharged intensively or separately.
3. Protective device
The safety protection net and warning sign are set on both sides of the machine. The fault emergency response system composed of the electric control limit wire switch; it can monitor all actions in the adjustment process of the filter belt. The limit switch triggers and shuts down when the adjustment system produces excessive deviation in the centering process.
4. Centralized electric control cabinet
The whole sludge dewatering system is controlled by a set of distribution control cabinets (manual contact control or PLC controller). The electronic control cabinet provides power supply, start-up, stop protection, and alarm (save from short circuit, overheating, overload, and phase deficiency control) for the main engine and its supporting equipment - sludge pump, cleaning pump, mixer, liquid pump, air compressor, and conveyor, etc.
Belt Press Filter Working Principle
The raw material, passing through the distributor, is pre-pressed and dehydrated in the wedge area, and then further squeezed and dehydrated in the large area low pressure drainage area composed of porous drainage rollers. Then, the raw material with a certain degree of dryness is pressed by three sets of high-intensity squeezing, i.e. roller I, roller II and roller III. Then the raw material with extremely low water content is pressed and dehydrated again by the mesh belt at the discharge port. Finally the dry filter cake is discharged. It basically meets the requirements of major varieties for moisture content, and the entire process is subject to extrusion and shear forces.
Application
